Yes. We offer standard solid-color fabrics as well as seasonal fabrics by availability. If your selected fabric isn't available, we'll contact you to discuss suitable alternatives before production begins.

Yes. Standard sizes Small through XXXL are available (in CM). Since every dress is handmade, there can be some variation between one size and the next — if you're between sizes, we'd suggest sizing up, or requesting custom measurements by visiting our shop in Wailoku for a quick fitting.

Yes, pickup from our Wailoku shop is preferred and available for every order.

You can pick up from our Wailoku shop, or meet up for free in Suva town at either the Wailoku Bus Stand or McDonald's. For delivery outside Suva — including Nadi and the outer islands — just contact us directly and we'll arrange the details.

No. A 25% deposit is required via M-PAiSA before production begins, to cover the cost of materials. This deposit is non-refundable.

Orders will be considered abandoned after one month from the agreed pickup or delivery date, unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you notice a manufacturing fault, and we'll make it right.
